Eastern Gymnastics Center features two 18 week semesters during the school year:

• Semester I: 9/9/10 - 1/29/11
• Semester II: 1/31/11 - 6/20/11

Enrollment is on a first come, first served basis, and is accepted for a full semester only. Late starters will be accepted if space is available, and charged on a pro-rated basis.

Registration forms are available at the gym, or can be downloaded here. Each student must have a completed and signed registration form.

Appropriate attire is mandatory.

• Girls: leotard, body suit, or shirts and t-shirt. Hair must be tied back. No tights please.
• Boys: t-shirt and shorts or sweatpants.

Fees and Payment
Registration fee = $25.
A yearly $25 non-refundable registration fee is required for each family and is valid from the date of enrollment to August 2011. This fee must accompany your application form and is not included in the class tuition.

• Reduced Family Rates: $10 off for 2 or more students in a family.
• Returned Checks: A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.
• WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY.
• Free Lesson Certificates: (only 1 per student) cannot be deducted from tuition.
  

Payment Program

1. PAY FOR SEMESTER IN FULL - $10.00 off total - this payment must be paid on or before the 1st class.
2. PAY REGISTRATION FEE & 1/2 TUITION before 1st class and pay remaining balance before the 6th week of classes.

• Family discounts: first student pays full tuition; $10 off second studient; only one registration fee paid per family per year.
• All two times per week specials must pay by 4th week of registration in full.

Class Make-Ups:Missed classes are not deductible from tuition; nor can they be credited towards the next semester. Three make-up classes are permitted per semester. They must be pre-arranged through the office at least 24 hours prior to the class, and made up before the semester ends. We suggest thatyou do not wait until the end of the semester, as we may not be able to fit your child in. Sorry, we do not prorate missed classes.

SHOWTIME 2010: Only students enrolled in Semester 2 will have the opportunity to participate in our SHOWTIME 2010 at the end of May. There is a small fee to cover expenses of this show.

Class Reminders and Rules

1. Hair: any girls with shoulder-length hair or longer should come to class with their hair tied back. This is a safety factor when your child is being spotted by a teacher.
2. Do not enter the gym without an instructor.
3. Any child not participating in a class should stay off the equipment.
4. Remove shoes and socks before entering class.
5. No jewelry of any sort should be worn to class.
6. Class observation: our observation window is for your convenience and enjoyment. Please do not sit your children on the steps to watch a class. It is not permitted and is a safety issue with our insurance company.
7. Student pick up: please be sure to pick your child up on time after class. We do not have staff to monitor the lobby for late pick ups. If for some reason you are going to be late, please call the center to alert us.
8. Parking: no stopping or standing in front of the lobby area with your car. This can be dangerous for other students and parents.
9. Food and snacks in the lobby: eating in the lobby is fine, but please clean up after yourselves and your children. We ask that you please be considerate of others and help keep the lobby area clean.
